Correlation Function is one of functions that indicates similarity between two functions(images).
In the calculation of correlation function of real image, there is two methods on Real Space or Fourier Space . In addition to the correlation of normal, there is also a phase correlation. Phase correlation is weak against noise, but Its sensitivity to the shape and position is high.
On FSC(Fourier Shell Correlation), it calculates the correlation in Fourier Space.
