1. input File:1WDC-shift1.pdb.zip, use pdbRotation and pdbMove.
combine data at a, b=0, 120, 240 pdbRotation's option EA=(YOYS, 0, a, b) pdbMove's option x=0(if a=0), 100(if a=120), -100(if a=240) y=0(if b=0), 100(if b=120), -100(if b=240)
2. combine all file by using pdbFileMerge
