モードの詳細

モード	説明
0	相関の最小と最大となる画像を参照ファイルから探す 実空間で計算する
1	参照ファイルと入力ファイルを単一画像間で相関を計算する フーリエ空間で計算し、出力ファイルはmrcImageとなる オプション -z が必要
