PDB is a data file that is shown the structure of protein. Because it is written in ASCII, you can see details by using editor. When it is used as Input file on Eos, it is read the atom information by fixed word numbers. Therefore, If you write it by editor, follow this format. Otherwise, it may not work correctly.
