mrcImageSmoothing is Eos's Command that performs Nonlinear smoothing mrcImage.

-sigma Optional Sigma (For m=4) 2.0
-times Optional Repeat time 1
-c Optional ConfigurationFile NULL

-m details

Value Description
1 Median filter
2 Mean filter
3 Surface Fit filter
4 Lee-Sigma filter
m=0, at the default setting. Therefore, It is error if -m isn't set.


-M details

Value Description
0 Kernel is cube. : required argumnent: -sx, -sy, [-sz]
1 Kernel is sphere.(Only mode 1 supported) : required argumnent: -r
