PDB is a data file that is shown the structure of protein. Because it is written in ASCII, you can see details by using editor. EosでInput fileとして使用する場合は原子情報などを決められた文字数で読み取っているため、エディタなどで作成した際にはこのフォーマット通りに記述しなければ、正しく動作しない可能性がある。
