pdbInfo is Eos's Command that shows details information of PDB file.

List of option

Option Essential/Optional Description Default
-i Essential Input: PDB stdin
-o Optional Output: ASCII stdout
-oa Optional Input-Output file(Not implemented) stdout
-c Optional ConfigurationFile NULL
-m Optional Mode 0
-h Optional Help
